What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in starts at 2:00 PM and check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM.

How does access work?

The process is digital and keyless. After confirmation and check-in, you receive access instructions.

Is parking included?

Yes. The suites include covered underground parking. A shared EV charging point is also available, subject to availability.

What is the cancellation policy?

Standard bookings allow a full refund when cancelled at least 48 hours before check-in. Non-refundable rates or coupons have their own conditions.

Are there cameras inside the apartments?

No. There are no cameras inside the suites. Monitoring exists only in external corridors and shared building areas.
